How do the safety chains anchor to the standard bed rail? I have the Andersen Ultimate hitch for the 5th wheel. Thanks

The Andersen Ultimate Safety Chain Kit with Clevis Hooks # RM3230 that you referenced comes with safety chain tabs that install into open slots on your fifth wheel rails like you can see in the attached picture.
