The BOLT Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" and 2-1/2" Hitches will indeed work with the 2019 Ford F-150. The part number for your truck is # BL7023585.
The lock that you were looking at, part # BL7018447, is for older models of the F-150 (1996 - 2014).
