Thank you for the pictures!
We do offer a trailer brake option that will work with the 10" wheels on your 2014 Shorelander Trailer.
Since the trailer will be in water you will want to use the Dexter Hydraulic Trailer Brake Kit # 23-398-399 which includes both left and right assemblies and is for hydraulic brakes and will bolt the 4 bolt brake flange found on your axles that I was able to see in your picture.
Since you have 5 lug wheels you will likely need Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # AKHD-545-2-2K which is a 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern and uses inner bearing # L44649 and outer bearing # L44649.
To confirm that this is the correct hub for your trailer you will need to use the included article to measure your wheel's bolt pattern, and remove one hub to read the part numbers on the inner and outer bearings of your idler hub. If you bearings are worn and unreadable use the attached diagram to measure the bearing surfaces with Digital Calipers # PTW80157. If your measurements are not 1.063" or the bearings are not marked L44649 please let me know and I can recommend the correct hub.
You will also need a few more items, hydraulic brake lines and a hydraulic brake actuator.
I recommend the Titan Brake Actuator with Manual Lockout - Bolt On - Drum # T63FR which is designed for drum brakes and uses a 2" ball. The manual lock out will allow you to back up your trailer with no electrical connections and is required since there is not a free-backing brake systems in the brake size you need.
For brake lines I recommend the HydraStar Hydraulic Brake Line Kit - Single Axle # HS496-251.
I included videos for all of the products mentioned for you to take a look at.
