Does Rhino Rack RVP Roof Rack Fit 2020 CX-9 and Attach to Factory Fixed Mounting Points

Hello there, I have a 2020 Mazda CX-9 Touring. I am looking to add cross bars, but dont have the chrome side rails. I would like to just mount the bars to the footing without having to get the side rail or clips into the doors. I believe that is possible with this rack Rhino-Rack RVP Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points - Vortex Aero Crossbars - Aluminum - Item # RRRVP51. Can you confirm that this fit and configuration will achieve that for me? Thank you!
