The BWRVK3400-5W is the complete B&W Companion Slider Gooseneck-to-5th-Wheel Trailer Hitch Adapter and the # BWRVB3405 you referenced is just the slider base that does not include the head assembly.
You would purchase the # BWRVB3405 if you already had a B&W Companion like the # BWRVK3500-5W and wanted to convert it to a slider.
