Updated 11/09/2020 | Published 11/05/2020 >
Question:
Does it have to locked only in the straight up position, or can it be locked at like a 45 degree angle? Asking because at a 45 angle, Id still be able to utilize my back up camera...

The Roadmaster Spare Tire Carrier part # RM-195125 can be swung down towards the ground for unloading or it can be locked in the upright position which is intended for travel. There are no other positions for the spare tire carrier.
I suggest moving the rearview camera if this will be block by the spare tire.
