Question:
I have a 1998 Toyota Rav4, four door, manual transmission. Im looking for a trailer hitch that will support a 50 lb hitch mounted motorcycle carrier and a 250 motorcycle. Is this possible? What do you recommend?

I have another solution but while the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13524 you referenced will offer a maximum tongue weight rating of 400lbs, from the research I did on your 1998 Toyota RAV4 it appears that the maximum tongue weight rating is roughly 150lbs. When determining your maximum tongue weight rating you must use the lowest number between your vehicle and trailer hitch receiver.
To safely transport your motorcycle behind your vehicle I recommend using a small trailer. You will need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13524, a custom vehicle wiring harness like the Curt T-Connector # C55486
to plug in to the 4-way connector on the trailer, and a ball mount, hitch ball, and hitch pin and clip like the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900 which includes two ball mounts for different rise/drop, two hitch balls, two hitch pin and clips, and a carrying case.
I included a video for the Curt # C13524, and etrailer # 989900, and a helpful article that shows you how to find the correct hitch ball and rise/drop for your vehicle and trailer setup.
