Question:

need the same item to fit a 4inch square tongue. I know they are made. do you have one?s price?

I do have a solution for you, but the Demco Hydraulic Brake Actuator # DM8101802 is made to fit the more common 3" wide trailer tongues, so the mounting bracket won't work with your 4" trailer tongue. Instead, I recommend the Demco # DM8103102. This is the same actuator you were looking at but doesn't include the mounting bracket. You will be able to weld this to your trailer frame no problem.
