Distance From Center of Bolt To Top of Flange On Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jack

Question:
I am trying to mount something like this as high up as possible on an off road trailer. I want to ensure that I can get to the crank bolt for adjusting the height. what is the minimum distance for clearance between the top of the crank bolt enclosure to the top of the mounting bracket? AND can that distance be adjusted? maybe via a different bracket?

I had the Ark Drop Down Corner RV Stabilizer Jacks part # AR34FR measured and the distance from the center of the crank bolt to the top of the mounting flange is 2-1/2".
