My 2016 Ram 3500 has factory airbags. Looks like the compressor is in the way, on the passenger side. TLD2124

We do have the correct tie-downs for your 2016 Ram 3500 Crew Cab with an 8 foot bed, no running boards, and factory air bags, but the # # TLD2124 you mentioned will not work with the air bags due to the location of the compressor.
Instead, for your 2016 Ram 3500 with the factory air bags, the correct front tie-downs are the TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Front # TLD2126.
The rear tie-downs will depend on if you have an aftermarket hitch or the OEM factory hitch.
- Aftermarket Hitch: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLR3500
- Factory Hitch: TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Camper Tie-Downs - Rear # TLD3109
Then to finish your tie-down set up you will need turnbuckles, the TorkLift Locking FastGun Turnbuckles for Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs - Stainless Steel - Black # TLS9529-2-LK or Polished Stainless Steel # TLS9526-2-LK.
