Question:
I have a 2019 forest river Salem in which the front stabilizer won’t hold. Every few hours I need to extend the arms. Not sure where the issue is. I can’t hear gas escaping and don’t see the screw moving. Any suggestions?

When you say that your PSX1 stabilizer is “not holding” I imagine that as people get over that area of the trailer that their weight pressing down is allowing the worm gear to back off making the trailer bounce a little. I further suspect that you don't mean that the legs go all the way up, but rather they are just off the ground by less than 1/2”.
I see two scenarios. The “brake” portion of the motor has failed and this allows the worm gear to turn freely when people put weight pressure over the stabilizer. You will need Lippert # LC352338 Replacement Electric Stabilizer Motor to replace it. The other is that the “Auto Reset” 6-Amp breaker is somewhat defective and is cycling on and off, and each time releases the motor break allowing the worm gear to turn and loosen your once tight connection to the ground. You will need a Lippert # LC134181 Replacement breaker.
Generally, I would check the wiring ensuring a good ground connection as well.
