My monitor will no longer power up. I ordered a replacement plug thinking that might be the issue. But I cannot get the blue power light to turn on. Unfortunately I am about a year and a half into ownership of the unit so there is no warranty. Is my only option to buy a replacement monitor? Is there a way to use a smartphone? I did not purchase it through eTrailer, though that is where i ordered the replacement plug. Tried it in two vehicles 2019 Kia Sorrento AWD V6 original tow vehicle and my new tow vehicle a 2020 Jeep Gladiator With Tow package. Hoping you can provide some advice. Thanks

I'm sorry to hear about the issues you had with the dead monitor of your Furrion Vision S system so relatively soon after purchase. But there isn't a way to use the camera with your smartphone and you will need to get a replacement monitor. I realize that's not the news you were looking to hear, but it is the only option to use the rest of the system. You can use one of the following replacement monitors, depending on the size yours was.
- 4.3 Inch: Replacement 4.3" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System # FR77FR
- 5 Inch: Replacement 5" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System # FR97FR
- 7 Inch: Replacement 7" Monitor for Furrion Vision S Wireless RV Camera System # FR47FR
