Installation of Yakima Spare Tire Mounting Hardware Kit

Question:
I bought a used yakima rack and roll that came with a spare tire but no mounting kit. From the pictures on your website I see a total of 3 bolts but only 2 nuts. How is the third the long bolt secured - do I need to provide my own nut?

After the main plate of the Yakima Replacement Mounting Hardware Kit for Yakima 5 Spoke Spare Tire Carrie part # 8880317 has been installed on the trailer the long bolt goes through the tire and secured to the main plate. The main plate it threaded and acts as the third "nut" you need to secure the tire.
The lock washer and the large flat washer go on the bolt in that order before passing through the stud hole on your spare to secure it down and keep it secured until you need it.
