What Kind Of Spare Tires Can I Use With The Demco Spare Tire Carrier for Bolt-On Swivel Jack?

Question:
I need to make sure that there is enough clearance for a spare tire with 4-3/4inch of backspacing between the back of the wheel and the back of the tire? So I need 4-3/4inch from the mounting plate of the wheel to the mounting plate that mounts to the frame. Thank you

Yes, backspacing is something you need to think about. As long as the measurement from the lug nut holes on your wheel to the end of the tire is less than 4-3/4 inches it will fit just fine. The Demco Spare Tire Carrier for Bolt-On Swivel Jack # DM15853-76 accepts wheel bolt patterns from 2-1/2 inches to 6-1/2 inches so make sure that your spare tire has a bolt pattern within the bounds of the minimum and maximum bolt pattern.
I've included a video to help you with the installation.
