Though it does not come with one, you can absolutely get a locking anti-rattle bolt for the Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18113.
What you will need for this is simply the Anti-Rattle Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock for 2" Hitches # 63232.
This gives you two benefits in one; it stops the rattle of the carrier and locks it to your hitch, so this part gives you a quieter ride while also protecting the investment you made in the carrier.
