The Replacement Tail Light Lens for STL2RB and STL3RB part # AL8RB-1G offers hole center to center measurements of 3-3/4". Which would be very close and as close as I am able to come up with to the 3-9/16" you have. Check it again to see what you get as they are only about 3/16" different.
