I want to know if this lock is compatible with the Thule Roadway bike rack

I am sorry but the Stainless Steel Trailer Hitch Lock will not work with the Thule bike racks because the racks from Thule come with a built in anti rattle device to reduce vibration and noise of the rack.
An optional Thule Snug Tite Hitch Lock, part number THSTL2, is available for all of the Thule hitch mounted racks and works with both 1-1/4 and 2 inch receiver hitches.
