Roof Rack Crossbar Recommendation for 2018 Toyota 4Runner

I am looking for black cross bars for my truck.. i want to stay with black. 99% of the time i will be hauling a metal basket for trips to beach chairs, cornhole boards, etc or mountains, snowboard, accessories.. dont want to break the bank, but want the rugged look. thanks

If you'll only be using the crossbars occasionally, an inexpensive choice like the Curt # C18118 would work well for you.
However, if you'll be using the roof rack more frequently, you'll honestly be better off getting a higher quality rack like the CoreBar rack from Yakima, which consists of parts # Y00421 and # Y33TR. The Yakima rack is of higher quality, has a greater capacity at 165 lbs versus 150 lbs for the Curt rack. Probably the best thing about the Yakima alternative is that spare parts are readily available, which isn't the case for the Curt.
