There are 3 step pull out kits similar to the # LC432682 that you referenced but they are wider across the board so the exact mounting hardware you are using now won't work. The part # LC432690 would be a great solution for what you have but it's 27-1/2 inches wide and what you have now is 2 inches narrower.
For new brackets you'd also want the part # LC301704.
