This triple pull-out step gives you a sturdy, balanced way to get in and out. Each tread is 25-1/2" wide and 8-1/4" deep with a 9" rise, so climbing feels steady and natural. The steps I installed are perfect. Easy to open and close and easily strong enough for me at 260 lbs.
You guys a amazing, bought it Saturday, received it Tuesday, that’s what I like! and it’s factory fit! After I did the screw up, and bent the steps I didn’t think I could get some steps in Time for my next trip, Thanks!

Exact replacement for our 2014 Forest River Toy Hauler.
Had my 9 and 12 yr-olds help do the swap with a floor jack.. 4-bolts, 20 minutes, perfect fit.
They were an exact fit for my 2012 Keystone Raptor. I was able to install the stairs by myself.

The steps are solid and fold nicely. However, they skimped on the foot treads and only added the nonskid on two of the three raised ribs of the steps. They are almost to the point of being dangerous when wet. My guess is that when it was designed, it had all three, and corners were cut.
It would be five stars if it had all ribs with nonskid stickers.
It was an easy install and was a direct replacement on my 2007 Forest River Sandstorm.
Amazing!!! Bought a 2018 Keystone 2 weeks ago and the only issue with super deal I got was the RV stairs. Old owner hit the deck with it on one of their camping trips… the stairs would barely come out, the outrigger bracket was bent as well, with a little cosmetic damage to the flashing fender. I watch some YouTube videos on how to measure, this site was the easiest to understand for ordering and best price. Got it super quick and installed it today. I installed by myself laying on the ground and pushing the stairs up. Love the new steps!!!

Our Lippert pull-out steps have been in use for one year and they are still going strong! We could not be more pleased with them!
These steps operate much easier than the original ones that came with the trailer. They are well made - good quality steps!
It took me about 3.0 hours to install the steps. I did not order the outriggers so I used the old brackets off of my original steps. To remove the old bracket from my existing steps, I used a disk grinder to grind off the head of the pin. I drilled/enlarged the exiting holes (six total) in the new steps to 3/8 inch to match the size of the bolts that secured the existing steps. Attached are pictures of the brackets that I removed from my existing steps and the bracket complete installation.
Very nice product. Bolted right into place no problem. Looks good.
Replaced the rv steps on our fifth wheel and it took about an hour to accomplish. The replacement steps fit perfectly with no modifications needed which was a relief. Since they were kind of heavy I first put blocks under both sides of the new steps to get them off the ground then slid a jack underneath to lift them into position to install the bolts. Happy with the replacement steps.

I have had the replacemrnt Lippert steps for a year or so and and they work perfectly and still look like new. Happy with them.
Fit just right and quality was good!
I received my order quickly but the box was damaged and some paint on the steps was damaged. I informed etrailer and they issued me a small credit to buy some paint. The steps fit my fifth wheel perfectly but they are definitely a lighter guage of metal tham my original steps. The installation was not difficult and the fit was excellent so I would recommend this company
I stupidly backed my wife's car into the steps of our 5th wheel, damaging them. I looked on-line and found a replacement for the steps, perfectly described and with measurements and pictures so I knew they were the right ones. And at a great price, less than that big box Camping place - with free shipping. I ordered them and promptly got an email from George J. in customer service advising that the order had been received and shipped, giving me a tracking link and his own email address and a phone number to contact him with any questions. The steps arrived in perfect condition within 6 days at which time I received another email from Carol C. advising that the steps had been reported as delivered and to contact her with any questions, giving her email and phone number. Now this is great customer service!! And I have beautiful new entry steps too.
Easy to install, especially with a floor jack . Easy 4 bolts installment. I recommend buy the step stabilizer to go with it, names the bottom step stiff and solid. Also made by lippert for $[XX]

Stairs are exact replacement for our 13 year old trailer's broken stairs. Very happy. Excellent customer service.
My steps was as expected. my box was beat up a dent on the bottom of the step frame powder coat coming off. But that’s the fault of ups not Lippert maybe some extra padding on corners would help easy install used a floor jack lifted up 4 bolts and done
Etrailer was extremely helpful during ordering process. Product delivered on time. The factory RV Steps had been discontinued. The recommended Lippert product only required minor mounting modifications. Always satisfied with etrailer - Customer service is excellent.
