Question:

Does this wiring harness just plug in to female fittings that already exists on the 2019 Honda Pilot EX-L, AWD?

Yes! The Tekonsha # 118760 is a tee in style wiring harnesses, so it will tee into your tail lights plugs and is the easiest style to install. We did an installation video on this that does a really good job of showing how easy this installation process is that I've gone ahead and linked that to this answer.

If you're starting from scratch and you also need a hitch, ball mount and hitch ball to complete your towing setup, I've gone ahead and provided a quick list of the parts I recommend below. I've also linked installation videos for those, as well.
