Question:

Good morning, is there enough weight capacity in this adapter to tow a 2014 Ford Focus and bike rack with two adult bikes behind a 2018 Winnebago Vista LX Class A motorhome? As info the motorhome hitch height is 27inch and the auto tow bar connection is 14inch so this adapter will bring me within the best range, correct? Do you sell a 12inch adapter or is that not suggested? Lastly, can shipping to area code 56655 be expedited so I receive next week before we leave on our trip? Thank you very much

The Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter, 10" Drop/Rise # RM-077-10 has a tongue weight capacity of 400 lbs. This will get you within the safe range for flat towing your 2014 Ford Focus.

There is not a 2 receiver option that is 12 inches of drop, however the Replacement Shank for Gen-Y Adjustable Ball Mount - 2" Hitch - 12-1/2" Drop - 10K # 325-GH-306 will give you a better drop for your tow bar to be level and will allow you to also add the bike rack. It is a little different style but will function very well for you.
