Can Bikes Be Stored On Bike Rack Using the Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack

Question:
If I get the swagman wall mounted bike rack storage, and mount the Thule Apex 5 bike rack, can I leave the arm extended and store my bikes on this in my garage year round?

The Swagman X Mount Bike Carrier Storage Rack part # S80940 has a 100 lb weight capacity. If the weight of the bikes and bike rack do not exceed this then yes, you can store your bike rack with bikes attached using this mount.
