Is There a Plug-In Adapter for Trailer To Use EZ Connector
Updated 08/25/2020 | Published 08/21/2020 >
Question:
I am planning to switch my set up to use the EZ Connector 7 pin wiring. I have found the propper part that will let me as the receptive to the bed by tapping into the wiring for the 7 pin connector already in my bumper. The part that I am asking about is an ex Connector cord end for the fifth wheel that I can just attach to my existing cord. Does such an animal exist or do I have to order the whole cord/plug as a single unit and wire it in to the buss bar? If it matters, we have a 2013 chevy silverado 3500 Ltd dually pulling a 2006 keystone outback 30 FRKS. Thanks!

In order to replace the 7-way trailer connector on a 5th wheel with the EZ Connector you must cut off the old one and splice on the new one such as the EZ Connector Magnetic 7-Way Trailer Connector part # 319-S7-07 as there isn't a plug and play adapter.
