Question:

When using the Patriot 3 brake system on the hummer do I need a separate brake light/turn signal system? If so, how do both the brake system and turn light system use the same plug on the motorhome?

When using the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System - Proportional # BLU37TR with your Hummer H2, you will also need a tow bar wiring harness to help with the turn signals and brake lights. I recommend using the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which gives you a 6-way wiring harness that will give you the battery charge option to use with Roadmaster Battery Charge Line Kit for Towed Vehicles # RM-156-25. If you need that 12V power to the 7-way on your motorhome then use # RM-156-75.

The # RM-88400 relay is required to prevent the towed vehicle's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn
