Will this fit a 1996 Dodge Ram 2500? I ordered it and then realized it says in the instructions that it’s for 1500.

According to Curt, the installation rails included with the # C61509-52 Gooseneck Hitch will fit 1500, 2500 and 3500 series models of the 1996 Dodge Ram truck, unless it's a cab/chassis truck instead of a pickup. If you'd like to install a 7-way trailer connector in the truck bed, you could do so using part # C56001.
