I didnt see a locking pin in the suggested items to buy but saw the master lock pin, does the master lock take the place of the locking pin? I currently have the 63155 in my cart and the bag MT70209

Since the Reese hitch cargo carrier part # 633155 has a hollow shank the correct hitch lock and anti-rattle device is the part # 63232 which installs easily, locks the carrier to the hitch, and also stops movement. I attached a review video for more info as well.
