Hello I need a hitch to fit a 2019 170WB Passenger Sprinter van with factory step bumper. Looking for max towing and tongue weight possible.

The Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 75601 is listed as a fit for a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 Passenger Model 170" WB with Step Bumper. That said, you need to make sure you don't have a model with 30-3/8" frame, which is measured outside to outside. It is the only option available at this time.
