What is the horizontal measurement from the center of the hitch pin to the front of the basket?

From the center of the hitch pin of the Reese hitch cargo carrier part # 63153 to the closest edge of the basket is 12-3/4", the distance from the center of the hitch pin hole to the furthest point out on the rear of the carrier measures 36-1/4 inches. I included both measurements because I was not certain which one you actually needed.
