Question:
I Have A 2020 Toyota Corolla LE. I want to put a towing trailer hitch for a small trailer. Do they make such a hitch. Are there any special drilling or welding to be done??

There is one trailer hitch receiver that is a fit for your 2020 Toyota Corolla LE sedan, which is the Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver # 24983.
This hitch does require drilling a small hole in the frame in order to attach it, but there is no welding required. I have added a link below to the installation instructions for you to check out.
Since you mentioned towing you will also need a wiring harness and ball mount, and the exact parts you need for your 2020 Toyota Corolla are the following:
- T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118810
- Draw-Tite Drawbar # 3593
- 1-7/8" Hitch Ball # 19256 or 2" Hitch Ball # 19258
