We offer several different options for installing a hitch on the rear of a camper or RV. If you click on the provided link, you can see the available options. Current pricing information is listed on each product description page.
Frame mounted hitches like the # 13703 are a good option if the frame members of the camper are within the width range for the hitch, which is between 22 and 72 inches in this case. Although various frame mounted hitches carry a tongue weight capacity ranging from 200 to 500 lbs. Keep in mind that although a hitch might carry a particular capacity, you will be limited to the capacity of your camper frame.
Bumper mounted hitches like # E-100 are also available, which are typically compatible with a continuously welded 4 inch square steel bumper. The capacity of each hitch will be limited by the capacity of the bumper it is installed on.
To determine which hitch is correct for you, you will need to know the dimensions and construction of the bumper or the distance between the frame members. You should also determine if the bumper or trailer frame has sufficient capacity for carrying the load you have in mind. If you would care to respond with this information and give me an idea of what you are wanting to use the hitch for, I can most likely make some specific recommendations.
