I tried to auto level my trailer and I got a out of stroke code. What can I do

Expert Reply:
The "out of stroke" error means you have extended the jack too far. If the jack will not retract using the touchpad then you will need to do so manually with the manual override on top or bottom (see photo).
If you continue to get an "out of stroke" error or you cannot manually retract the jack then that would point to signs of damaged internals which means the jack leg would need to be replaced. I have attached a list of replacement jacks below.
