Question:

I purchase a replacement awning monde number V000334398 and am in middle of installation. My old awning has one track rod at top and two at bottom, the new has 2 at top 1 1/2 apart and one at bottom. Which top rod do I slide into top and what do I do with second. The bottom I am guessing should go in the first track top for the overhang.

I reached out to my contact at Lippert about the installation of the Solera 16' Replacement Awning Fabric - Sand Fade w/ Black Weatherstrip # LCV000334398 and he said that the side of the awning with the 2 tracks will be connected to your RV and you will use the one at the very end for this. The track that's about 1" further in is there in case you wanted to add an LED light strip like the part # LC674282.
