Yes. I checked with Surco and the Safari rack # SPS5060-1101 is the correct rack for your 2011 Toyota Land Cruiser with factory side rails that run front to back.
There are also several accessories available for the Safari rack such as lights, # SPLT100, a spare tire carrier, # SPST100, and others. They can be found on the right hand side of the page of the Safari rack product page.
