Just bought a Toyota tacoma SR 6 foot bed. Id like to know if there is a roll up cover compatible with both a headache rack as well as a ladder rack? Any help is appreciated!

We definitely have a tonneau cover and ladder rack combination available for your 2020 Toyota Tacoma with the 6' bed, but unfortunately you won't be able to utilize a headache rack with it due to the design of the cover.

For your application you'll need to go with a Retrax XR tonneau cover that has the Trax Rails with it, like the RetraxONE XR # RTT-60852, and the Yakima OverHaul HD that comes with the adapter for the Trax Rails. You'll want to use the version with either the 68" long HD bars # Y01151-5855 or the 78" long HD bars # Y01151-5955.

This is actually a really great combo because the RetraxONE XR can be opened and locked anywhere along the bed so that you can customize the access, and then the OverHaul HD can actually be adjusted up and down, plus you can add different accessories like the SideBar Rails # Y01153 for more cargo carrying capacity.
