Does Install of Stromberg Carlson Bunk Tray Adapter # CC-255 Allow Access to Propane Tanks

Question:
Are there any modifications I can do to my Stromberg Carlson Trailer Tray so I can quickly remove it for access when I want to refill my propane tanks?

If you check out the picture I attached you can see that when the Stromberg Carlson Bunk Adapter part # CC-255 is installed you still have really great access to the propane tanks of the RV.
