You list 2 different brackets for mounting the LCI Flip down Storage Rack Part # LC243621. One is the LC432336 which you state is over the bumper, and LC373965. I believe by looking at the items you have them backwards because of the video clearly shows the LC373965 as being over the bumper. Do you have any videos/photos of the LC243621 being installed?

The Installation Hardware # LC373965 is designed for the Lippert Components Flip Down Slotted Bike Rack Tailgate Storage System # LC243621, while the Lippert Tailgate Storage System Mounting Kit # LC432336 is for the Lippert Components Tailgate Storage System # LC404069 instead.
So if you're wanting to use the Tailgate Storage System # LC243621 you need the Installation Hardware # LC373965.
