I HAVE A 2020 GMC 2500 WITH THE OEM GOOSE NECK PREP PACKAGE DESIGNED BY CURT. I AM TRYING TO FIND A WAY TO ADAPT THE HOLE IN MY BET TO MY BW COMPANION FREEWHEEL WITH A SQUARE PEG

You can take the head of your current B and W Companion hitch and adapt it to the rail kit of your 2020 GMC Sierra 2500 long bed with the base kit # BWRVB3710 or since it might be easier to sell your current hitch as a complete hitch it might be better to just go with a new hitch like with the # BWRVK3710 which fits directly.
