Question:
I have a 2011 Silverado with a hard flip up Tonneau-Cover. It wraps over the sides and tailgate. Looking for a way to transport a kayak and SUP without having to remove the cover

Since you have a tonneau cover that takes up space on the sides of your truck bed we're going to have to look at an alternative option.
For your application you'll need to install a front mount hitch, part # 31322 for a 1500 or part # C31023 for a 2500/3500 2011 Chevy Silverado, and then use a roof rack/T-Load assist in the front receiver. The parts you'll need for this include:
Rhino-Rack 54" Vortex Aero Crossbar - Black # RRVA137B
2500 Series Legs - # RRRLKVAH
DK Fit Kit - # DK227H
T-Load Assist - # RTL002
Using this setup allows you to carry your kayak and/or SUP without restricting access to your truck bed. If you don't already have carriers then I recommend the J-Style Kayak Carrier # S512 and then the SUP and Surfboard Pads w/ Tie-Downs # RRRWP05.
