If 32 inches is the height unloaded, I think you are cutting it too close. With your toy hauler loaded, the height will definitely shorten a few inches. You would be better off with the smaller one that is 24 to 30 inches tall. You could mount the steps a little lower to accommodate the unloaded height of the toy hauler.
The Aluminum Scissor Steps, 24 inches wide, 24-30 inches tall (part AS23) can be fully extended to 30 inches tall, or can be slightly compressed so that they measure 24 inches tall. You will need to measure from the ground to the bottom of your camper door. We do sell the matching handrail; it is the Aluminum Hand Rail for 4 Step Scissor Stair (AHR3) and it is custom for these stairs.
