From my research, it looks like the Toyota 2.4L uses 3/4-16 threads on its filter mount.
I would recommend # D15715 for the 3/4-16 mount threads or the Universal Filter Relocation Kit, # D15748 which will accommodate several different engine thread sizes for a dollar or two more.
The # D15716 is for a GM engine with 13/16-16 filter mount threads and would not work for your Tacoma.
