On all of the picture I found of a 1995 Ford 351 engine the oil filter is on the driver side front of the block just above the oil pan. Basically right under the driver side head.

Can 90 Degree Fittings be Used in Place of Straight Fittings on Derale Oil Filter Relocation Kit
Provided that you use the same sized 90 degree fittings as the straight ones that come with remove mount oil filter kit # D15715 then it would not be an issue. You would not want to step down to a smaller size because that can have a negative impact on the oil pressure in the system.

From there, you can run the hoses and install the new filter mount in an easier to access location.

The threads on the spin-on adapter that attaches to the filter landing and the remote mount are both 3/4-16, so this kit would work perfectly for you. The kit includes the spin-on adapter, the remote mount, the 1/2 NPT fittings, hose clamps and 10 feet of 1/2 inch ID hose.

Derale Engine Oil Filter Relocation Kit for 1997 Toyota Tacoma with 2.4L Engine
From my research, it looks like the Toyota 2.4L uses 3/4-16 threads on its filter mount. I would recommend # D15715 for the 3/4-16 mount threads or the Universal Filter Relocation Kit, # D15748 which will accommodate several different engine thread sizes for a dollar or two more. The # D15716 is for a GM engine with 13/16-16 filter mount threads and would not work for your Tacoma.
