Would these straps fit 18inch tires on an American Car dolly? Are the cross straps fixed? Thanks

It looks like your strap will work with many car dollys. It will work with the Demco # DM9713045 and the Roadmaster # RM-2050-1 as well as the other options we carry. The 18 inch wheels may work with your strap but will not work with the Roadmaster tow dolly. I believe that the Demco Kar Kaddy will handle that size tire if your strap can fit it. The largest strap designed for the Kar Kaddy is # DM03528-93 designed for tires up to 33 inches in diameter and 12.5 inches wide. .If you are looking for this strap to fit on a different dolly, I can't confirm fit to the dolly, only size tire compatible. The cross straps are fixed.
I recommend the Bulldog Winch Ratcheting Wheel Tie-Down Strap for Extra-Wide Tire - Vertical Mount - 3,335 lbs # BDW20362 for larger wheels. This will fit tires up to 37 inches in diameter.
