Please let me know what would work the best for the new 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 221RB model that I have on order?

For your application I recommend going with the 57" Furrion Vision S monitor. This comes with either 1 camera as kit # FOS05TASF or 3 cameras (2 side marker lights/cameras) as kit # FCE48TASL-05.
The rear camera that comes with this kit will fit directly to your 2021 Grand Design Transcend Xplor 221RB so it has an easier installation than if you were to use a different brand.
The best option is with the 2 side marker lights/cameras simply because you get a much larger field of view than just the rear camera.
