Correct Replacement Slide-Out Motor for 523982

2003 jayco 31fks slide motor with 523982 slide motor. I ws told a lippert 386278 is a replacement motor. yet i was told a 368185 or a newer 368190 is a replacement. what is your replacement and cost? Thanks for help.
