Replacement Long Arm Assembly for Thule EasyFold XT Electric Bike Rack - 1500052414 is listed as 13.5 inches long. Can you clarify if that is overall length including both the rack clamp and the bike clamp? or some other measurement such as center point of rack clamp to center point of bike clamp at the outer-most adjustment.

The Replacement Long Arm Assembly part # 1500052414 is 18 1/4 inches when it is fully open but when you have it fully closed it is 17 1/2 inches overall.
