The Replacement Bike Clamp Assembly for Thule Raceway Bike Racks # 7521537001 is actually designed to fit the Thule Raceway bike racks, and will not work with the Thule EasyFold XT Bike Rack # TH903202.
Instead, you'll want to check out the:
-Replacement Long Arm Assembly for Thule EasyFold XT Electric Bike Rack # 1500052414 for a replacement long arm assembly, or the Replacement Short Arm Assembly for Thule EasyFold XT Electric Bike Rack # 7525491002 for the replacement short arm assembly.
