Question:
Have a 2017 Expedition. It has the cross bars but am looking for a system that can carry two kayaks and a lift system since lifting a 50# kayak so high will be difficult.

In order to make getting your kayaks up and down off of your 2017 Ford Expedition I recommend using the Inno Kayak Lifter Load Assist - Clamp On - Side Loading - 90 lbs # INA453, which can be mounted on either side of your vehicle and can be used to help you load your kayaks into a kayak carrier.
As long as the combined weight of your kayaks is under 130-lbs you can use the Thule Compass # TH890000, which will carry 2 kayaks and can be used with the Inno Load Assist mentioned above. If your kayaks are heavier than that, you'll need to use individual J-style carriers like the Rhino Rack J-Style Carrier # S510. Both of these racks can be used on the factory crossbars of your 2017 Expedition and they both come with tie down straps included to secure your boats.
I've linked some review videos of these two carriers for you to have a look at.
