Bike Rack Recommendation for 52 lb E-Bikes

Question:
We just got two ebikes weight with battery at 52 lbs each. Question, can the swagman bike rack carry the two ebikes?

The weight capacity of the Swagman you referenced is 45 lbs per bike so since your bikes weigh 52 lbs you'd need a rack with more capacity like the RockyMounts GuideRail # RKY97ZR which has a 60 lb per bike weight capacity.
