I need a trailer wiring harness with a 4-pole flat connector for a 2004 Silverado with NO factory tow package. Please advise. -Thanks

The 2004 Chevrolet Silverados should all come with the US Car Connector under the bumper near the spare tire. It is a round plug that will match up to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C55515. If you are saying you don't have this only option would be a splice-in one, the Curt Upgraded Circuit Protected Powered Tail Light Converter part # C56496.
